Dr. H. C. Her Ladyship Cristina Jarero Penichet, Lady of Tejada, is the Global Chief Legal Officer of Premier Gold Global Wealth and a Member of its Board of Directors since January of 2015.

Doctor Honoris Causa in Humans Rights. With nearly three decades of extensive experience in law, business, management, finance, and investments on a global scale, Her Ladyship simultaneously oversees and manages multiple companies and assets in diverse industries, spearheading several teams into the completion of diverse deals being able to apply various skills to different projects which can vary from a superior stewardship of a company to a deep involvement in a specific part of the business. Her Ladyship analyzes issues not only from a business perspective, but also from a legal point of view, resulting in the creation of opportunities, efficiencies, benefits, and optimization that can only come from having international business experience and knowing diverse legal systems.
Her Ladyship is admitted to practice law in both, New York and Mexico. In addition to Her Ladyship’s bar admissions, her education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITESM School of Business, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law, and the General Management Program (G.M.P.) from Harvard Business School, among others.
Her Ladyship is passionate about philanthropy, environmental sustainability and creating positive social impact. Among various pro bono projects, Her Ladyship assisted battered women in legalizing their immigration status under the Violence Against Women Act and is currently a Board Member of diverse not-for-profit organizations.
Her Ladyship is also a member of the main Board of Directors of Premier Gold Global and serves as member of the Executive Committee.
